The Process
How Your Closet Goes From Cluttered to Composed

Discover
Around 30 minutes in your space with our curated survey. We learn your lifestyle, what you wear and when, how you do laundry, and where piles tend to form. We also look through our vision boards together to personalize product recommendations for organization or styling.

Release
Everything comes out so we can see exactly what you own. We sort each piece into keep, donate, sell, relocate, or discard. Old jobs and past versions of your life tend to hide in there, so we clear them out. Donations leave with us that day.

Compose
We select the organizers, hangers, and styling pieces for your space, then order and install them under your package. Belongings get grouped by type and daily routine, with each piece matched to a hanger or container that fits. We finish with decor that suits your taste.

Reveal
Every container gets a clear label. We walk you through the system, show you how to keep it tidy during a normal week, and make last-minute tweaks until it feels right. Then we step back and let you enjoy your space.
Product purchasing and installation follow your chosen package. Products are purchased separately; Curated Space and Signature clients purchase recommendations, while Concierge includes purchasing and returns handled for you. One carload of donations is removed per session.

The Concierge Experience
$2,500
5 sessions, up to 5 hours each
Two his-and-hers closets plus drawers, multiple closets, or a full multi-space project with the highest level of support.
Each session lasts up to 5 hours. There is no refund for unused session time. Unused sessions must be used within 3 months or are forfeited. Additional sessions are $500 for every package.

We take one carload of donations per session to Thrift Smart on Nolensville Pike in the name of Safe Haven, a local nonprofit working to eliminate family homelessness in Middle Tennessee. If you prefer another donation location within a reasonable driving distance, we are happy to take your items there instead. Donation driving takes place outside your session of up to 5 hours.
Do I Need to Buy New Organizers Before You Arrive?
Please wait until we have sorted and measured your closet; we reuse existing organizers where they fit, and products are purchased separately. With Curated and Signature, you buy recommended products, with Signature installation during a subsequent session. With Concierge, we purchase approved items, invoice you for what you keep, and handle returns.
How Do You Protect My Privacy?
Your privacy is a top priority. Nothing is photographed or shared without your written permission, and identifying details are left out when photos are shared. We are comfortable working around access codes, alarms, house managers, or an NDA if you prefer one.
