- How much does a session cost?
- Sessions are $100 per hour. You can book a 4-hour session ($400) or a 6-hour session ($600). Payment is collected when you book, so there is nothing to handle on the day.
- What areas do you serve?
- Nashville, Davidson County, and Williamson County, TN — anywhere within a 45-minute radius of Germantown in Nashville. There is no travel fee inside that radius, and we do not travel outside of it.
- Do I need to be home during the session?
- Not the whole time. It helps to be available at the start for a walkthrough and near the end for decisions on anything we're unsure about. Many clients come and go.
- Should I clean or buy bins before you arrive?
- Please don't. Sorting is part of the work, and buying product before we measure almost always means returns. We'll recommend exactly what fits, works well for the items you have, and fits the aesthetic of your space after the first session.
- Who will be in my home?
- Jenni, and only Jenni. Closet Coach & Company is a one-person studio, so the person you book is the person who shows up. As we expand in the future there will be training and intentional hiring to ensure the experience you get with us is always the same or better and more efficient.
- What happens to items I don't keep?
- We will take one car full of donations per session to Thrift Smart on Nolensville Pike in the name of Safe Haven, a local non-profit eliminating homelessness for families in Middle, TN. If you have a preferred donation location within a reasonable driving distance we are happy to take to your location of choice.
- How many sessions will I need?
- A very small closet usually fits in one 4-hour session. Medium closets typically can be finished in one 6-hour session. For larger closets or his and her closets expect 2-3 sessions of 4 to 6 hours each. Feel free to message us on our contact page for an estimate.
- Is there a sales call first?
- No. Choose your session length, pick a time, and pay online. If you'd like to send photos ahead of time, you're welcome to, we would be happy to estimate how much time it might take, but it's never required. It also depends on your goals and the level of organization you want.
