Hi, I'm Jenni

I was the kid who drew dresses and constructed a dream canopy for my bed that I didn't see anywhere available for sale. Making a space feel intentional, fun, and making it beautiful, has always been part of how I see the world.

One of my favorite places growing up was my mom's craft room. Clear bins, white lids, labels. Everything had a place, and I loved that I could find a button or ribbon without asking. That sense of order brought so much peace to me.

I majored in Textile and Apparel Management with the goal of going into interior design, so clothing, spaces, and how people live in them have always intersected for me.

I spent ten years in hospitality with Marriott, most of it planning events for high-level executives, and finished as a Director of Operations. That work taught me how to create efficient, great experiences and how to adapt service to the lifestyle and needs of my clients.

After COVID, I decided to leave corporate life and find work that was more creative, more aligned, and where I felt like I was making a direct impact. I started a short-term rental business and picked up organizing and unpacking work through Thumbtack. It took off through repeat clients and referrals, and I realized how much peace I was bringing people. I wanted to curate a space where I could offer the full transformation and service all of the extra needs that came along with organizing so I created Closet Coach and Company to deliver the full closet organization experience and take people from a frustrating closet, to their favorite room in the house.

Today I work with women and families across Nashville, Belle Meade, Brentwood, and Franklin to bring peace, organization, and order into their homes. Because it's just me, every project gets the same care: I plan it, I do the work, and I stay until the space actually functions.
