About the Role

As a Closet Organizer with Closet Coach & Company, you will work hands-on inside luxury residential walk-in closets and dressing rooms, helping transform overwhelmed spaces into intuitive, boutique-inspired sanctuaries.

Extensive training is provided. To start, you will be with Jenni at all times on jobs, learning our proprietary folding techniques, spacing standards, space planning principles, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Jenni during scheduled in-home client sessions (sessions run up to five hours).
  • Assist with sorting, decluttering, categorizing garments, and editing wardrobe contents with gentle care.
  • Implement product systems including hangers, acrylic dividers, drawer organizers, and labeling.
  • Prep clothing and accessories for local donation drop-offs and haul items away when required.

What We Are Looking For

  • Self-Starter Mindset: You take initiative and operate exceptionally well with little direction once trained.
  • High Attention to Detail: You naturally notice symmetry, alignment, garment drape, and color coordination.
  • Poise and Professionalism: Courteous, punctual, calm under pressure, and comfortable in luxury residential environments.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to be on your feet for up to six hours, bend, reach upper shelving, and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Confidentiality: NDA is required to protect client information and Closet Coach & Company proprietary processes.
  • Reliability: A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel throughout Nashville and Williamson County.
