We worked room by room, starting with the primary closet so the parents had a calm place to land. Each child's closet was set up by age, season, and school-day needs, with labels they could read and maintain.
The result
By the end of two 6-hour sessions, the family had fully functional closets. The move-in felt smoother, and the kids could get dressed on their own from day one.
